Performance-day run-through
Assign teams → reschedule → check-in → nominations → open scoring → score/submit → adjudicate → mark complete → responses → feedback → progress/team/results views. The one fully-built end-to-end flow.
Voting day
Reviewer voting-day scoring — phase toggle, eligibility gate (a real blocked reviewer), the 2-point score-change rule, adjudicator approval — plus nomination/winner computation, which doesn't exist yet.
Nomination lifecycle
Award-category authoring, adjudicator/chapter-admin nomination review + approve/reject, the nominations-open policy toggle. Director/teacher submission and awards computation are missing.
Season setup
Calendar dates, schools list, award-category + rubric authoring are real. Season/school/performance creation itself, and discipline→rubric auto-population, don't exist.
Role onboarding & invites
Self-service profile, chapter-admin role assign/remove, the (global, not per-season) waiver flow. Invites, bulk import, and self-select are missing.
Training day
Training day exists only as a generic calendar entry today — no roster, per-role tagging, online-training path, or trained-gate.
Chapter onboarding
Chapters are seed-only today — a read-only chapter-home view is the only thing that exists. No creation, invite, or profile-edit flow yet.
